Home / Working with Summit
Onboarded like a contractor you already have.
What a procurement team, a facilities manager or a centre receives from Summit, how fast, and how the work runs inside your own contractor system.
Returned within one business day of request.
One request, one reply, every document a supplier-onboarding process asks for.
Entity, ABN, services, method, standards cited and the certificate specification — the whole offer on paper.
Public liability of $20 million, workers compensation and professional indemnity, re-issued on each renewal and before any attendance.
The kitchen exhaust SWMS as a sample; a site-specific issue follows for every job before the day.
White Card, Working at Heights, EWP licence, confined-space entry, NSSIC clearance and National Police Check, with reference numbers and expiries.
One page: how risk is identified, controlled and recorded on a Summit job, and who is accountable.
The two documents every service closes with, downloadable below today.
Stated plainly, held to.
Worked through your contractor platform.
Prequalification
Summit registers on the contractor-management platform your sites use, uploads the pack there, and keeps the documents current on it.
Inductions and permits
Site inductions are completed and permits raised ahead of the window, so the first minute on site is the first minute of work.
Work orders and references
Purchase order, site code and work order references are carried on the certificate, the works report and the invoice, so the record files itself.
The two documents every service closes with.
Specimens with illustrative values, so a reviewer can see the layout, the readings, the photographs and the register before the first visit.
Readings by access point, the deficiency register, the declared limitation and the status. Download the specimen certificate
Component by component, before and after, photo pairs by reference, and the numbered register carried onto the certificate. Download the specimen works report
