The maintenance partner, not the callout.
Summit is an Adelaide company built around one idea — the condition of the assets a site is accountable for shouldn’t live in someone’s memory. It should be measured, documented and owned.
We maintain the assets a site is accountable for — and the evidence that proves it.
- Hotel groups
- Aged care
- Shopping centres and food courts
- Venue operators — licensed venues and clubs
- Facilities and property managers
- Single venues and small groups, welcome
Most kitchens buy a service. Summit provides the record — the difference between a job that was done and a document that proves it, held current for the audit, the insurer and the Form 3.
The work divides in two, and Summit never confuses them. Compliance work — kitchen exhaust systems — runs to an interval set by measurement, and closes with a certificate. Condition work — the discharge zone, bin rooms, loading docks, carpark and entries — runs to a cycle set by how hard the area is used, and closes with the found and finished condition on record. One is a legal obligation and one is not; the program says which is which, and both sit on the same calendar.
For a group or a facilities team, that means one schedule, one invoice and one set of records across every site — the compliance admin lifted off your desk, and nothing left to memory. On a multi-tenant site — every tenancy kitchen, the common exhaust, and the surfaces in between — that is the site planner.
Four things we
don't compromise.
Planned, never reactive
Every obligation on a schedule we carry, booked ahead. Nothing runs to failure; nothing falls to memory.
Documented to standard
Measured in microns, photographed from identical positions and certified at every visit. The record is the deliverable, not an afterthought.
Accountable end to end
One partner for scheduling, access and reporting across every site. The admin comes off your desk.
Honest about limits
What was not reached is written on the certificate before anyone asks, with the reason and the remedy. A declared limitation protects you; a silent one does not.
Verifiable before
you engage.
Summit is a new entrant. It claims no tenure, no fleet and no client list. What it offers instead can be checked before a single visit.
The certificate specification
Every element of the Summit Certificate is published on this site — the readings, the photographs, the disclosure, the register, the two statuses and the numbering. Read it →
The survey protocol
Seven steps, the instruments, the deficiency schedule, and what the survey never does. Your first Summit document is a working sample, on your own kitchen. Read it →
The written method
Method statements for the works are available on request before any engagement.
The record, held for you
Certificates, works reports and photo sets are issued to you and filed per site — produced on request for the audit, the claim or the handover.
Held to the same standard
we hold your site.
AS 1851-2012
The only edition cited on any Summit document. Section 13 — fire and smoke control features of mechanical services.
AIRAH Best Practice Guideline
Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Management: mean grease depth below 0.2 mm (200 μm), no single reading above 2 mm (2,000 μm) — attributed to the guideline, never to the standard's text.
On issued documents, once held
Registered entity details, ABN and certificates of currency will be stated on issued documents once held. Nothing is claimed here until it is held.
Metro Adelaide
first.
Summit targets programs in metropolitan Adelaide from January 2027 — built for hospitality groups, aged care and the facilities-managed portfolios that carry the same obligations at scale.
Roadmap
Façade and high-access work is under evaluation and is not offered today. It will appear on a services page only when it is.

Start with the survey.
A measured walk of the system, a written report you keep, and a maintenance partner accountable for the record — not the cheapest cleaner.
