One interval program. Every visit ships the evidence.
Kitchen exhaust maintained on an interval set from your kitchen, scheduled a year ahead, with a works report, photo pairs, certificate and updated register issued every visit — and one calendar-monthly line to pay.
A callout answers one question. A program answers the audit.
A one-off service leaves a date on an invoice. A program leaves a record: the interval, the readings that set it, every visit's evidence and everything still outstanding — held per site and produced on request.
Summit carries the schedule so the obligation never sits in someone's memory, and so the next certificate is already booked before the last one is filed.
Survey to register,
on one calendar.
Survey
A measured walk of the system sets the interval from cooking load, fuel type, hours and measured accumulation.
Schedule
The year's visits are issued up front; a reminder arrives before each one. After-hours by arrangement.
Service & certify
Readings, photo pairs, disclosure and the register captured on site; the certificate is issued from the works report.
Register & bill
The site register is updated, the next service is set, and programs are billed calendar-monthly in arrears.
Four documents,
every visit.
The works report
Component by component — readings before and after at every access point, result per line, sections not accessed carried into the disclosure.
Photo pairs
Every position re-shot from the identical position and framing after works, one label per pair, borescope frames both directions.
The certificate
SAM-CERT numbered, named to AS 1851-2012, measured to the AIRAH benchmark, exactly two statuses — and every limitation listed on it.
The updated register
Deficiencies carried from visit to visit until closed, each with severity, photo reference and recommended action.
Problems fixed at the asset,
not noted at the audit.
Every register item arrives with an action
Each deficiency is a discrete scope item with a recommended action — proposed separately, never buried inside the program.
Access panels, supplied and fitted
Where a duct run cannot be reached, compliant access is fitted so the next service covers the full length instead of declaring the same limitation twice.
Rooftop grease containment
Containment fitted around the discharge catches what the system carries outside; the media is checked and changed on the same cycle and photographed to the record.
Suppression-side findings referred back
A deficiency in the suppression system's scope is documented for the venue and referred to their suppression technician in writing — work flowing to their trade, not around it.
One schedule.
One invoice. One record.
Single venue
One site, one schedule, one certificate per visit, one register.
Small group
One schedule across the sites, one calendar-monthly invoice, consolidated reporting.
Portfolio
A portfolio program: one register roll-up and consolidated reporting for the board or the facilities team.
Definitions only. Terms for a program are set at the survey, from the deficiency schedule and the venue count.
The whole position,
in one view.
Every program closes into a single consolidated record — each site, its last certificate, its next service and its open register items — so the position can be read at a glance rather than assembled under deadline.

Put the whole portfolio on one program.
It starts with a survey of each kitchen — measured, written up, and yours to keep either way.
