Summit Asset Maintenance (“Summit”, “we”) provides commercial kitchen exhaust maintenance and compliance documentation in Adelaide, South Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Registered entity details will be stated on issued documents once held.
What we collect, and why
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the site survey request form or by contacting us directly:
- Your name, business or venue name, email address and phone number.
- Your role, suburb or postcode, the number of venues, and how you heard about Summit.
- Anything you include in your message about the site and its requirements.
We use it for one purpose: responding to your request and, if you engage us, arranging and delivering the survey and services you have asked about. Where your venue is outside South Australia and the Northern Territory, responding to your request means passing your details to a provider in your area so that they can contact you, and we will tell you who. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
How requests are handled
Form submissions are delivered to our enquiries inbox through Formspree (formspree.io), a form-processing service that handles your submission only to deliver it, and which may store it outside Australia. Request details are kept only as long as needed to respond and to service any engagement that follows.
Survey reports and service records
If you request a survey or become a client, the survey reports, works reports and certificates we produce for your sites contain operational information about your premises and nominated contacts. Those records are held for you — they exist to be produced to your insurer, assessor or auditor at your request — and are retained in line with compliance record-keeping expectations.
Access, correction & questions
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete request details we no longer need. Contact us at enquiries@summitam.au.
