For kitchen exhaust, a measured survey — free for commercial kitchens in metro Adelaide, a paid condition report elsewhere, and you keep the written report either way. Surrounds, regional properties and Northern Territory rounds are scoped from photographs or a site list first.

Scope, interval and price in writing, built from what was measured or listed. Any paid scope is agreed before work is booked.
